COLLECTIVE OR INNER CIRCLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY JOINING THE COLLECTIVE OR INNER CIRCLE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

PERMITTED USERS:EACH SUBSCRIPTION IS ONLY GOOD FOR ONE SINGLE USER. PROGRAMS AND ANY CONTENT VIEWED ARE FOR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY AND ARE NONTRANSFERABLE. ANY USE BEYOND THIS SHALL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MOREL GLOBAL INC, WITHOUT REFUND, AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL LEGAL ACTION. YOU AGREE NOT TO: I) PUBLICIZE PUBLICLY ANY PORTION OF THE PROGRAM; II) REPRODUCE, DUPLICATE, COPY, SELL, RESELL, OR EXPLOIT IN ANY MANNER ANY PORTION OF THE PROGRAM, OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY MOREL GLOBAL INC IN WRITING; III) USE ANY HIGH-VOLUME, AUTOMATED, ELECTRONIC, OR RELATED MEANS TO ACCESS OUR WEBSITE; IV) OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR DISRUPT THE PROGRAM; AND/OR V) USE THE PROGRAM FOR PUBLIC PERFORMANCES.

UPGRADE: IF THE MEMBER DECIDES TO UPGRADE THEIR MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION A PRORATED PORTION OF THE PAYMENT MADE IN THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE APPLIED IN THE NEW PAYMENT FOR THE UPGRADE.

TERM, RENEWAL, PAUSE, AND CANCELLATION: JOINING TO ANY OF THESE MEMBERSHIPS IS A FULL COMMITMENT. NO REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND WILL BE PROVIDED. INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS PAYING WITH PAYMENT PLAN, AFTER THEY PAID THEIR INVESTMENT, MUST COMPLETE TWELVE (12) MONTHLY PAYMENTS. COLLECTIVE MEMBERS PAYING WITH PAYMENT PLAN, AFTER THEY PAID THEIR INVESTMENT, MUST COMPLETE ELEVEN (11) MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

IF TRULY NEEDED AND WITH SOLID JUSTIFICATION, THE MEMBERSHIP CAN BE PAUSED ONE (1) TIME PER YEAR FOR A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) MONTHS. PAUSE REQUESTS MUST BE SENT TO SUPPORT@MORELGLOBAL.COM. AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE BILLING DATE. DURING THE TIME THE MEMBERSHIP IS PAUSED, MEMBERS WILL LOSE ALL BENEFITS AND ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM AND COMMUNITY.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE MEMBER HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE INITIAL FIRST YEAR OR THE PAYMENT PLAN OF THEIR SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT. ALL ELIGIBLE CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SENT TO SUPPORT@MORELGLOBAL.COM. AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE YOUR BILLING DATE.

FOR INNER CIRCLE USERS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP WITH THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR RENEWAL DATE TO CONTINUE WITH A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR ONGOING ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM UNLESS THEY PROCESS THE CANCELLATION 30 DAYS BEFORE THEIR NEXT BILLING DATE BY EMAILING SUPPORT@MORELGLOBAL.COM

INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS WHO JOINED WITH ONE OF THE PAYMENT PLAN WILL CONTINUE PAYING THIS MONTHLY RENEWAL FEE AFTER THE FIRST TWELVE (12) MONTHS. MONTHLY RENEWAL FEE COVERS EXCLUSIVE PORTAL AND COMMUNITY ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM, PERSONAL VIP TICKET TO AWAKEN, AND ACCESS TO ONLINE EVENTS.

COLLECTIVE MEMBERS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP WITH THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR RENEWAL DATE FOR ANOTHER YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, UNLESS THEY PROCESS THE CANCELLATION 30 DAYS BEFORE THEIR NEXT BILLING DATE BY EMAILING SUPPORT@MORELGLOBAL.COM

COLLECTIVE MEMBERS WHO JOINED WITH ONE OF THE PAYMENT PLAN WILL CONTINUE PAYING THIS MONTHLY FEE AFTER THE FIRST ELEVEN (11) MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

BILLING: YOUR SIGNATURE AUTHORIZES MOREL GLOBAL INC TO CHARGE THE CARD PROVIDED THROUGH THE PAYMENT CHECKOUT LINK. FOR USERS PAYING MONTHLY, THE MONTHLY FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEBITED FROM THE CARD PROVIDED ON THE SAME DATE EACH MONTH. MOREL GLOBAL INC, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICING FOR ITS SERVICE OR ANY COMPONENTS THEREOF IN ANY MANNER AND AT ANY TIME AS IT MAY DETERMINE IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. THE USERS ARE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT CARD IN THE WHOP PLATFORM OR BY REACHING OUT TO SUPPORT@MORELGLOBAL.COM. THE USER IS NOT ABLE TO SPLIT ONE MONTHLY OR ANNUAL PAYMENT ON DIFFERENT CARDS. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:

I) YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE;

II) YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PROVIDED;

AND III) THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY IS TRUE, CORRECT, AND COMPLETE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT MOREL GLOBAL INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE SUBMISSION OF FALSE OR INACCURATE INFORMATION. MOREL GLOBAL INC, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF FRAUD OR AN UNAUTHORIZED/ILLEGAL TRANSACTION IS SUSPECTED.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGE: IF YOU FAIL TO KEEP YOUR PAYMENTS CURRENT, THE SERVICES MAY BE SUSPENDED, AND YOU WILL NEVERTHELESS REMAIN LIABLE FOR THE FULL PRICE, WHICH SHALL BECOME IMMEDIATELY DUE AND PAYABLE IN FULL. PAYMENT WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO BE COLLECTED FOR FIFTEEN DAYS FOR COLLECTIVE AND MEMBERS. PAYMENT WILL TRY TO BE COLLECTED FOR A FULL MONTH FOR INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS IF DURING THESE CONSECUTIVE DAYS THE ACCOUNT REMAINS PAST DUE, MOREL GLOBAL INC, HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLETELY REMOVE YOU FROM THE PROGRAM AND YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR BENEFITS AS A MEMBER.

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES:

YOU CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS FROM MOREL GLOBAL INC RELATING TO YOUR COLLECTIVE OR INNER CIRCLE ACCOUNT. THESE COMMUNICATIONS MAY BE SENT VIA EMAIL, SMS, WHATSAPP, OR CALLS TO THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED DURING REGISTRATION OR MAY BE POSTED ON MOREL GLOBAL INC WEBSITE OR ONLINE COMMUNITY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY NOTICES OR OTHER COMMUNICATION THAT MOREL GLOBAL INC, SENDS TO YOU WILL SATISFY ANY LEGAL COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT. INDEMNIFICATION: YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MOREL GLOBAL INC, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, GUIDES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND, DAMAGES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS OR DEBTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY’S FEES) ARISING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF: I) YOUR USE AND ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM BY YOU OR ANY PERSON USING YOUR ACCOUNT, AND/OR II) A BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOREL GLOBAL INC OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, AND/OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

MISCELLANEOUS: THE EXACT SCOPE OF EACH PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, THE SOLE, EXCLUSIVE, AND ONLY JURISDICTION SHALL BE THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS OF THE COUNTY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS.

RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION, TO REVOKE, SUSPEND, LIMIT, OR REMOVE ANY MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES, BENEFITS, ACCESS, OR PARTICIPATION AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, IF A MEMBER IS DETERMINED TO BE ACTING IN A MANNER THAT IS NOT ALIGNED WITH THE PURPOSE, VALUES, STANDARDS, OR ENERGETIC INTEGRITY OF THE PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, SITUATIONS WHERE A MEMBER: ABUSES OR MISUSES MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES OR BENEFITS; CAUSES DISRUPTION, DISTURBANCE, OR HARM TO DANNY MOREL, PROGRAM FACILITATORS, GUIDES, STAFF, OR OTHER MEMBERS; ENGAGES IN BEHAVIOR DEEMED DISRESPECTFUL, HARMFUL, MANIPULATIVE, HOSTILE, OR DISRUPTIVE; CHOOSES TO CONSISTENTLY OPERATE FROM AN EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, OR ENERGETIC STATE THAT DOES NOT ALIGN WITH THE COLLECTIVE STANDARDS OR GROUP ENVIRONMENT; ACTS IN A WAY THAT UNDERMINES THE SAFETY, INTEGRITY, COHESION, OR INTENDED EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMUNITY. THE DETERMINATION OF MISALIGNMENT, ABUSE, OR DISTURBANCE SHALL BE MADE SOLELY BY MOREL GLOBAL INC. AND SHALL NOT REQUIRE PROOF, JUSTIFICATION, OR EXPLANATION TO THE MEMBER. ANY REVOCATION, SUSPENSION, OR LIMITATION OF ACCESS OR BENEFITS UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL NOT ENTITLE THE MEMBER TO ANY REFUND, CREDIT, PAUSE, OR COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND. THE MEMBER MAY CHOOSE TO LEAVE OR DISCONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME; HOWEVER, BY ENROLLING, THE MEMBER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT CHOOSING TO LEAVE THE PROGRAM VOLUNTARILY OR INVOLUNTARILY DOES NOT ENTITLE THEM TO ANY REFUND, PARTIAL REFUND, CREDIT, OR REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY KIND. REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM FOR VIOLATIONS OF CONDUCT, ENERGETIC MISALIGNMENT, OR ABUSE OF PRIVILEGES SHALL BE TREATED AS A TERMINATION FOR CAUSE AND SHALL NOT RESULT IN ANY REFUND OR FINANCIAL RELIEF.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of the “AWAKEN YOUR HIGHEST SELF” program—a 3-day, in-person transformational experience organized by Morel Global INC (“Organizer,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please review them carefully, as they govern your access to all program materials, sessions, and related activities.
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have submitted a valid parental consent form as outlined below) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Program Content & Participation

Activities & Sensitive Topics: The event includes guided breathwork, meditation sessions, and exercises that may explore emotionally vulnerable topics, including personal intimacy, trauma, and emotional healing.
Pregnancy Advisory: If you are pregnant, intense breathwork techniques are not recommended. We advise substituting active breathwork sessions with gentle meditation.
Minor Attendance: While this program is intended for adults aged 18 and older, any minor attending must have a legal guardian complete and submit an official parental consent form prior to admittance.

2. Medical Responsibility, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participant Certification: You certify that you are in adequate physical, mental, and emotional health to participate in this event and do not suffer from any condition that would endanger yourself or others during physical, breathwork, or emotional release exercises. If you have any medical doubts, you agree to consult a physician or licensed therapist prior to participating.
Voluntary Participation: You understand the nature of the exercises and acknowledge that participation in any specific activity is voluntary. You retain the right to decline or withdraw from any exercise at any time.
Duty to Discontinue: If you experience any physical distress, pain, dizziness, or unusual hazard during a session, you agree to immediately cease participation and notify an Organizer or facilitator.
Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless: You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all inherent risks—including physical injury, emotional distress, or psychological discomfort—associated with the activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Morel Global INC, its officers, facilitators, apprentices, and staff from any claims, liability, damages, or losses arising from your participation or any loss/damage to personal property.

3. Media Release & Consent

Recording Notice: Photography, audio, and video recordings may take place throughout the 3-day event.
Grant of Likeness: By attending, you grant Morel Global INC permission to use your likeness, photograph, recorded voice, and any voluntarily provided written or recorded testimonials in promotional, marketing, and educational materials across all media formats.
Opt-Out Procedure: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify our team in writing before or at the start of the event by emailing support@morelglobal.com or speaking directly with the event registration desk upon arrival.

4. Ticket Redemption & Transfer Policy

General Admission (GA) Membership Tickets: Free Awaken GA tickets redeemed via an active membership are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold.
Attendance Commitment: Once a membership ticket has been redeemed for a specific event date, it cannot be rescheduled by the participant. If you fail to attend the chosen event, the ticket is forfeited.
Redemption Window: All free ticket entitlements must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of joining your annual membership. Any unredeemed tickets after 12 months are void.

5. Event Rescheduling, Venue Changes & Force Majeure

Organizer Right to Reschedule or Relocate: Morel Global INC reserves the right to change the event date, times, and/or venue location due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, venue facility failures, acts of government, public health emergencies, travel advisories, or other force majeure events).
Automatic Ticket Transfer & No Refunds: If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated for reasons beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. Your registration and ticket will be automatically transferred and credited toward the rescheduled dates or new venue location.

6. Travel, Lodging & Personal Expenses

Event Admission Only: Your ticket grants admission strictly to the event sessions and designated program activities.
Exclusions: Ticket fees do not include airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, parking, or any other personal expenses.
Travel Disclaimer: Morel Global INC is not responsible or liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by attendees, including any non-refundable travel bookings, change fees, or cancellations resulting from event rescheduling, venue modifications, or postponement. Attendees are encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Eligibility: To qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must attend and complete the full 3-day program. Partial attendance, late arrivals, or early departures do not qualify.
Request Deadline: If you attend all three days in full and genuinely feel you received no value or insights, you must submit a written refund request by emailing support@morelglobal.com within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.

8. Community Conduct, Energetic Alignment & Revocation of Privileges
Morel Global INC reserves the absolute right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to revoke, suspend, restrict, or terminate any membership privileges, ticket access, benefits, or participation in any event, program, or digital community at any time, with or without prior notice.
This right may be exercised if a participant or member is determined to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the purpose, core values, standards, or energetic integrity of the container. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to:

Abusing, manipulating, or misusing membership benefits, ticketing privileges, or community resources;
Causing disturbance, disruption, hostility, harassment, or harm—whether physical, emotional, or psychological—to Danny Morel, facilitators, team members, contractors, or fellow participants;
Engaging in disrespectful, combative, manipulative, or inappropriate behavior, whether in person, in digital spaces, or across community platforms;
Consistently operating from an emotional, mental, or energetic state that actively disrupts the group environment, container safety, or collective standards;
Undermining the trust, emotional safety, cohesion, or intended transformational experience of the community.

Sole Discretion & No Explanation Required: The determination of conduct violations, misalignment, abuse, or disruption rests exclusively with Morel Global INC and shall not require third-party justification, evidentiary proof, or prolonged explanation.

No Refunds, Credits, or Compensation: Any suspension, revocation, limitation, or expulsion under this clause shall not entitle the member or attendee to any refund, partial refund, prorated reimbursement, credit, event transfer, account pause, or financial compensation of any kind.

Voluntary or Involuntary Departure: While a member or participant may choose to withdraw or discontinue participation at any time, doing so—whether voluntarily or as a result of removal for conduct violations—confirms total forfeiture of all registration fees, dues, or deposits paid, with zero entitlement to reimbursement.

Participant acknowledges that he/she has been advised (a) concerning the types of activities which will be engaged in during the event, and understands the risks and difficulties that may arise during the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions; Participant understands that may decline to do any of the activities. Participant understands that executing this release and engaging in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions is assuming those risks which are inherent to the activities involved.

Participant agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her own physical, emotional, and mental health and hold harmless Organizer, and/or any Apprentices working with organizer at the event from any physical, emotional, and/or mental damage that may be attributed to it.

Participant further holds harmless organizer from any and all loss, liability, injury, damage, or cost which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions.

Media Consent

Please note that this event will be conducted live and will be recorded in its entirety. The full event replay will be shared with all participants. Immediate Access Acknowledgment

ALCHEMIZE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your registration, purchase, and participation in the ALCHEMIZE experience, organized and produced by Morel Global INC (“Organizer,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because ALCHEMIZE is an ultra-intimate, curated experience, reservations require significant advance commitments and operational planning. By submitting your registration, paying a deposit, completing tuition payment, or attending the retreat, you (“Participant,” “Attendee,” or “you”) acknowledge and unconditionally agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Intimate Event Scope & Exclusivity

Non-Transferable Registrations: Registrations and reservations are personal to you. They may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, or resold to another individual without prior express written approval from Morel Global INC.

2. Mandatory Host Hotel Stay (Lodging Not Included)

Mandatory On-Site Lodging: To maintain the immersion, scheduling flow, group cohesion, and energetic integrity of the experience, all participants are strictly required to stay on-site at the designated official event hotel/property for the full duration of the experience dates. Off-site accommodations, day-tripping, or alternative lodging arrangements are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of your ticket without compensation.
Lodging Is Not Included in Registration: Your ALCHEMIZE ticket/registration fee covers program access and designated group events only; it does NOT include your hotel room, resort fees, transportation fee, room service, or individual lodging taxes.
Independent Booking Obligation: You are solely responsible for booking and paying for your room accommodations through the reserved booking link/room block provided by our team. You must complete your lodging reservation by the deadline specified.

3. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the exclusive limitation and substantial upfront costs committed to property buyouts, staff, and logistics, all payments, deposits, and installments are 100% strictly non-refundable and non-creditable under any circumstances.
Forfeiture on Cancellation: If you cancel, withdraw, fail to secure required lodging, arrive late, or depart early for any reason—including personal emergencies, medical issues, work conflicts, travel disruptions, or scheduling errors—no refunds, partial refunds, or future credits will be issued.
Chargeback Waiver: By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to file a payment dispute or chargeback with your credit card company or banking institution for any non-refundable deposit or tuition fee paid.

4. Travel, Transportation & Additional Expenses

Travel Not Included: ALCHEMIZE event tuition does not include flights, train tickets, rental cars, airport ground transfers, or parking.
Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended: Morel Global INC assumes no liability for flight delays, lost baggage, border/visa restrictions, or canceled reservations. We strongly advise all participants to secure comprehensive personal travel insurance covering trip interruption, medical emergencies, and travel cancellation.

5. Rescheduling, Venue Modifications & Force Majeure

Organizer Right to Relocate or Reschedule: Morel Global INC reserves the right to adjust event dates, itinerary flow, or venue locations if necessitated by unforeseen events or conditions beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, hotel structural failure, strikes, public health directives, or government travel restrictions).
Automatic Roll-Over / No Refunds: In the event of a postponement or venue change due to force majeure, no cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Your registration and fees will automatically transfer and apply directly to the rescheduled dates or modified destination. Morel Global INC is not liable for cancellation fees, non-refundable tickets, or rebooking penalties imposed by your airline, travel vendor, or hotel.

6. Program Content, Breathwork & Somatic Releases

Transformational Nature: ALCHEMIZE includes intensive practices, nervous system regulation, guided breathwork, movement, deep introspective dialogue, and emotional/relational exploration.
Medical Certification: You certify that you are in good physical, psychological, and emotional health and capable of participating in breathwork exercises. If you suffer from cardiovascular conditions, severe respiratory issues, epilepsy, acute psychiatric conditions, or are pregnant, you must disclose this to facilitators prior to sessions; intense breathwork will be substituted with gentle guided mindfulness.
Voluntary Engagement: All exercises are voluntary. You retain full autonomy to pause or step back from any activity at any point.

7. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: You knowingly and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with intensive emotional processing, nervous system work, group interactions, and physical activities conducted during the retreat.
Release & Hold Harmless: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Morel Global INC, Danny Morel, and all employees, contractors, facilitators, and guest practitioners from any and all liability, claims, bodily injury, emotional distress, illness, property damage, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your attendance.

8. Media & Privacy Notice

Confidentiality of the Container: To ensure safety and vulnerability for all attendees, personal sharing, confessions, and private stories shared inside the room must remain strictly confidential among attendees.
Media Release: You acknowledge that selected professional photo and video documentation may take place during retreat activities. By participating, you grant Morel Global INC permission to capture and use event photography and video footage for archival, educational, and promotional purposes. If you have specific privacy requirements, you must notify our team in writing prior to arrival at support@morelglobal.com.

9. Community Conduct, Energetic Alignment & Revocation of Privileges

Morel Global INC is dedicated to providing an emotionally grounded, safe, and respectful space. Any behavior deemed abusive, harassing, intoxicated, destructive, or intentionally disruptive to the container or fellow guests may result in immediate removal from the retreat at the sole discretion of the Organizer, without refund or liability.

Morel Global INC reserves the absolute right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to revoke, suspend, restrict, or terminate any membership privileges, ticket access, benefits, or participation in any event, program, or digital community at any time, with or without prior notice.

This right may be exercised if a participant or member is determined to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the purpose, core values, standards, or energetic integrity of the container. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to:

Abusing, manipulating, or misusing membership benefits, ticketing privileges, or community resources;
Causing disturbance, disruption, hostility, harassment, or harm—whether physical, emotional, or psychological—to Danny Morel, facilitators, team members, contractors, or fellow participants;
Engaging in disrespectful, combative, manipulative, or inappropriate behavior, whether in person, in digital spaces, or across community platforms;
Consistently operating from an emotional, mental, or energetic state that actively disrupts the group environment, container safety, or collective standards;
Undermining the trust, emotional safety, cohesion, or intended transformational experience of the community.
