He has trained in Vipassana Meditation, Wim Hof, Nutritional Therapy, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Qigong, Tantra, and is currently training as a Mentor & Coach. His work now is focused on helping men reach their potential, creating healthy community spaces of brotherhood so they can be of service to the world and each other.
